1) About
These Terms govern your use of Secrets Out, our mobile party game application. By using Secrets Out, you agree to these Terms.

2) What Secrets Out is
Secrets Out is a social party game where players guess whose TikTok likes and reposts are being shown each round. It is intended for entertainment purposes only.
3) Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Secrets Out
- You’re responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person; don’t share login credentials
4) TikTok integration
- Secrets Out uses TikTok’s API to access your liked, reposted, and favorited videos
- We do not collect or store your TikTok password or login credentials
- You can unlink your TikTok account at any time
- Your use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok’s terms of service
5) Subscriptions & billing
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24+ hours before renewal
- Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Refunds follow Apple’s refund policies
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, bully, or harm other players
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data
- Use the app for any illegal or harmful purpose
- Share your account with others
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the app
7) Your content
- You retain ownership of your TikTok content
- You grant us a limited license to display your liked, reposted, and favorited videos during gameplay
- You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to share content you link
8) Third-party services
Secrets Out uses:
- Apple: App Store payments and authentication
- RevenueCat: Subscription management
- TikTok: Social media integration
- Cloud providers: Server hosting
- Sentry: Error monitoring
These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
9) Disclaimers
- Secrets Out is provided “as is” without warranties
- We don’t guarantee continuous or error-free service
- We’re not responsible for TikTok content or TikTok service availability
- We’re not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months or €100, whichever is higher
11) Privacy
Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
12) Termination
By you: Delete your account anytime in app settings.
By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or if we discontinue the service.
13) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with notice via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
